Responsibilities:

  • Enter data for medical requests.
  • Invoice analyzes and issue receipts to patients.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a diploma in medical laboratory technique, or a DEP or a DEC in nursing
  • Member in good standing of a professional order (OPTMQ, OIIAQ, OIIQ)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Authorization to take blood samples
  • Bilingualism (French and English), an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team in a respectful environment
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Autonomy, flexibility, sense of organization and sense of ethics

General duties:

  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls according to organizational needs.
  • Provide support to our customers on our services.
  • Schedule appointments for in-home blood draws.
  • Confirm accuracy of all contact information obtained.
  • Fill and keep up to date databases, files, etc. of the different programs.
  • Manage communications with patients, physicians and clients for the various follow-ups concerning samples to be received and / or sent, appointments, etc.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor or his representative. data for medical requests.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma.
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French (both oral and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and special case management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office office suite (including Word, Excel).
  • Ability to deal with pressure, adapt to all kinds of situations and people, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

In-office responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a prospect list of potential customers in your assigned territory, primarily pharmacies or specialists (physiotherapy, kinesiology, orthotics, etc.) and assume all territory management in an assigned geographic region.
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
  • Obtain new business each quarter by presenting test information, up selling and seeking out new leads from existing clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of the technical and clinical environment, as well as competitors and their presence in assigned territory.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted customers to use our services utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
